Remiel Farai

ACTOR

Remiel Farai is a Zimbabwean-Nigerian actor who has lived between the UK and Australia, giving him a rich, universal sensitivity and deep understanding of diverse stories and cultures.

A 2021 graduate of WAAPA’s Diploma of Stage and Screen, Remiel quickly made an impression, reaching the final auditions for The Portable Door alongside Christoph Waltz, Guy Pearce, and Sophie Wilde within his first month after graduating.

He made his feature film debut as Scott in It Only Takes a Night before showcasing his versatility as Dan in the US teen comedy Finally Me.

In 2023, Remiel booked the role of Jean Michael Basquiat in ‘The Collaboration’ for Sydney Theatre Company at the Sydney Opera House, a production that premiered at London’s Old Vic Theatre. (The project is currently on hold and pending further confirmations.)

In 2025, Remiel appeared as Royce – a series regular – in Scrublands: Silver, which debuted on Stan and select international TV networks.

He is currently playing Brutus in Tangle Theatre Productions’ UK tour and West End season of Julius Caesar.
