Ben Chapple has been cast in the upcoming live-action adaptation of God of War, portraying Magni, the eldest son of Thor and Sif in the highly anticipated series for Amazon Prime Video. The show, adapted from the acclaimed PlayStation video game franchise, began production in Vancouver in early 2026 and has been greenlit for at least two seasons.
Developed by Santa Monica Studio and co-produced by Sony Pictures Television, Amazon MGM Studios, and PlayStation Productions, the series retells the emotional and mythic journey of Kratos and his son Atreus as they traverse the Nine Realms. Alongside Ben, the cast includes Ryan Hurst as Kratos and Callum Vinson as Atreus, supported by an ensemble of established and emerging talent.
