Kawa has recently wrapped up as series regular, ‘Nikau Parata’, on the long running Seven series, HOME & AWAY. A New Zealand native of Māori heritage, he also has starred in the television series, THE DEAD LANDS as recurring guest star, Uri. His other screen credits include the television series, WELLINGTON PARANORMAL and THE SUPER GALACTIC SPACE CADETS, as well as the short films BIGGIE & SHRIMP , KRYSTAL, INSIDE THE CLOUD, and CHRISTMAS EVE 1944. He also performed in the stage production of ONCE ON THIS ISLAND. He graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Acting) from NZ’s finest drama school, Toi Whakaari  in 2018.
