In 2024, Seann Miley Moore received the Critics’ Choice Award for Best Performance in a Musical at Time Out Sydney’s inaugural Arts & Culture Awards for their portrayal of The Engineer in Opera Australia’s revival of Miss Saigon. Their performance was celebrated for infusing the character with a vibrant expression of queerness, adding depth and complexity to a role often viewed through a traditional lens.
Additionally, Seann was honoured with the Green Room Award for Best Leading Artist in Musical Theatre (Commercial/Funded) at Melbourne’s 41st Annual Green Room Awards, celebrating their outstanding contribution to the Australian stage.
